Gift Certificates are for services provided by Knead Deep Therapy and will expire 24 months from the date purchased. The full value of the Gift Certificate purchased shall remain in effect up until the expiration date. Lost or stolen Gift Certificates, that have not been redeemed, will be replaced for the original recipient. Gift Certificates are Non-Refundable, are only for the services specified on the certificate, and are not redeemable for cash.
